Analytics Technical Specialist
EpikOne is seeking an analytics specialist with strong technical skills to support our office in Burlington, Vermont. EpikOne is a growing online marketing consultancy seeking motivated web analysts to work in our analytics group. Our analytics team is a bit different than most. We provide both web analytics consultation (click stream analysis, qualitative analysis, competitive analysis and testing) as well as Google Analytics technical consulting. Some days you might be digging through data looking for navigation issues on a client's site while others you may be creating an implementation plan for a Fortune 500 advertiser. Flexibility is a must in this role.
The Analytics Specialist will guide clients through the implementation and use of applications like Google Analytics, Website Optimizer, and other analysis and testing tools to assist varying business segments such as ecommerce, lead generation or publishing. This role will support the delivery of solutions meeting our clients' business needs, identify gaps between existing and proposed tracking and reporting and drive projects to prioritize and address gaps efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Support web analytics technical implementation from project initiation through data validation
- Build and facilitate reporting to meet data consumption needs
- Provide ongoing support to engaged clients
- Reports to the Director of Analytics
Skills & Experience
- Technical background in javascript, HTML and web development
- Experience configuring web tracking tools with a concentration in Google Analytics and Website Optimizer
- Proven experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems, MS Office and iWork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and communication skills
