As CEO of EpikOne, Dave is responsible for the vision of the company including marketing, innovation and leadership. He leverages his decade of experience running businesses in various industries and focusing on financial and marketing metrics to ensure web analtyics is actionable for executives. Dave is involved in all facets of EpikOne from internal finance and marketing to client consulting engagements and software launches.


He has been active in the online marketing industry for over a decade specializing in the areas of online business consulting, search marketing, testing and optimization, and web analytics. Starting out with a Fortune 500 division he quickly shifted to entrepreneurial ventures including an ad agency, retail store and multiple internet start-ups. Dave has worked with the web analytics software for 8 years including the early days when WebTrends was a leader and Urchin was an arising software star. As a thought leader, Dave speaks at many industry conferences, serves on the Web Analytics Association Events Committee, and incubated OM Boot Camp, a four-day online marketing and Google product training event in Burlington, Vermont. He also instructs courses on Web Analytics at Champlain College. Additionally he founded Urban Style Direct - an e-tailer that sells urban-inspired fashion globally.

Alex is responsible for overseeing all technology operations and planning at EpikOne. He is involved in product development of our Software Services group, strategic planning for EpikOne's on-demand technology infrastructure, technical processes for our Consulting Solutions group and employee development.

Prior to co-founding EpikOne Alex was the Lead Developer at an interactive agency responsible for online development, application development and technical operations. Before that he was part of the software development team at IXI Corporation which provides market segmentation, targeting, and tracking solutions for financial services companies. His experience includes data modeling and analysis, web application development and architecture. Alex graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Economics and Computer Science.

As a Partner and Senior Analyst at EpikOne, Justin has consulted, trained and inspired hundreds of people and organizations around the globe to optimize their use of Google Analytics. An analytics industry leader, widely read blogger and author of Google Analytics Shortcuts from O'Reilly, Justin provides training seminars on best practices for analyzing and optimizing your implementation and marketing initiatives with Google Analytics. As an analyst, Justin draws on a wealth of experience managing and executing web analytics projects for clients to optimize their online presence using data. In his position at EpikOne, Justin is responsible for enterprise class Google Analytics consulting, managing web analytics consulting projects, designing and executing website optimizations tests, designing internal methodologies to deliver web analytics solutions, and evangelizing web analytics and Google Analytics.

Justin has worked in the technology consulting field for over ten years as an independent consultant and at international companies such as Accenture. His experience includes software engineering (design, development, testing and deployment), process engineering, project management and relationship management. Justin holds a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Jabez is responsible for EpikOne's sales and client relations functions. In this role, he works closely with EpikOne's consultants and clients to ensure EpikOne is offering valuable, market leading solutions and building strong client partnerships.

Jabez has spent over ten years working in online marketing and commerce. Prior to joining EpikOne, Jabez was Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts at LoopNet, Inc., an online commercial real estate listing and information service provider where he spent seven years. At LoopNet, Jabez was most recently responsible for managing relationships with the top commercial real estate organizations in North America. Jabez holds a B.A. in English and minor in Small Business Management from the University of Vermont and is a graduate of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Champlain program.

At EpikOne, Dani is the resident usability specialist focusing on analytics, persona and design solutions that improve the performance of businesses online. Her prior work experience includes creative direction and editorial work at a non-profit association in Chicago and most recently branding, sales training and marketing for a Fortune 500 company headquartered in New York. Dani holds a B.S. in English Literature with a concentration in Chemistry from the State University of New York. Dani has also attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

Rebecca uses her 10 years of business experience in both the Financial Services industry and the Consulting industry to help implement and refine EpikOne's consulting methodologies and service deliverables. Prior to joining EpikOne, Rebecca began her career in the Financial Services industry where she managed an internal sales team, an internal training department and was responsible for business facing CRM Project Management. Most recently she was a Senior Consultant at IBM and engaged on projects with roles ranging from Methods and Tools Subject Matter Expert to Data Analyst roles. Rebecca graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Music Education degree and a Minor in Percussion Performance.
